1. Complete Output Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any pixel art, sprites, and palette files generated using PixKit from your input files. PixKit asserts zero copyright, royalty claims, or licensing restrictions over your generated artwork. You are free to use your pixel art in commercial indie video games, software applications, physical merchandise, avatars, or NFT collections.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
PixKit is designed for creative, educational, and entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the service to process, generate, or distribute content that violates applicable regional laws, infringes on third-party copyrights, or contains defamatory material.
3. Service Availability & Modifications
PixKit is provided as a free online creative tool. While we strive for continuous 99.9% uptime and high performance across all modern web browsers, we reserve the right to update features, refine dithering algorithms, or adjust palette selections without prior notice.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the conversion results will satisfy specific artistic requirements or be free from minor browser rendering variances.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PixKit or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the converter tool.
